Choose Your Backup Goal
Start with the loads you need during an outage, how long they must run and the equipment already installed. We evaluate battery-only backup, adding storage to solar, generator coordination and smart load management. Compatibility depends on the exact model, generation and transfer design; not every battery can recharge from a generator.

Equipment, Compatibility & Next Steps
We evaluate projects involving Tesla, FranklinWH, Enphase, EcoFlow, Anker SOLIX, SPAN smart panels and Generac PWRcell first and second generation. Eligibility depends on the model, configuration and work required. Existing solar and generators need a compatibility assessment before equipment is selected.

Can solar keep working in an outage?
Grid-connected solar alone usually stops during an outage. Continued solar production requires a compatible backup system, isolation and controls. We assess your existing inverter and design.

Can a generator recharge the battery?
It depends on the system. Tesla Powerwall does not charge from a generator. Other systems may support generator charging with specific equipment and controls; Generac PWRcell generations must be evaluated separately.

What does a smart panel add?
A compatible SPAN smart panel can monitor and prioritize circuits. It does not store energy or replace required isolation equipment. Battery integration depends on the panel model and supported system.
Assessment of Existing Solar & Battery Systems
Tell us what changed, when it began and which equipment you have. We assess low production, inverter or battery alerts, monitoring problems and unexpected backup behavior before defining repair or replacement scope. Brand, model and generation matter; replacement parts and manufacturer warranty handling require separate confirmation.
