How IPROENERGY Supports Builders from Rough-In to Final Inspection
For builders, the electrical scope has to move with the construction schedule. IPROENERGY supports residential new construction projects in Southwest Florida from plan review and service planning through rough-in, trim-out, final inspection, and project closeout.
Preconstruction and Planning
We review electrical plans, panel and service requirements, equipment locations, future loads, and coordination needs before field installation begins. Early coordination helps reduce field changes, inspection delays, and avoidable rework.
Rough-In and Field Coordination
During rough-in, we coordinate with framing, HVAC, plumbing, low-voltage, pool, and other trades so electrical work stays aligned with the build sequence. Our goal is clean installations, clear communication, and predictable progress.
Trim-Out, Testing, and Final
At trim-out and final, we complete devices, panels, equipment connections, labeling, testing, corrections, and inspection preparation. We can also plan for EV charging, backup power, battery systems, pool equipment, and other future electrical needs without making them the center of the base project.
IPROENERGY is a Florida licensed electrical contractor serving builders and residential construction projects across Southwest Florida.
